This training will cover the organizational structure of the California Democratic Party, including officers, regional directors, and their roles. We will discuss committees and their functions. We will also discuss caucuses and their responsibilities. We will cover the overall 2-year and 4-year schedules for the Party as well as opportunities to get involved with the state party other than just attending convention.
